The shopping centre management set-up team has been appointed to provide a Property Management Services Review of QTU Tirana, a 20,000 m² shopping centre in Albania's capital city. The review will cover all aspects of management including:

• centre management
• marketing
• safety & sustainability
• service charge management
• non core income generation
• maintenance
• staff training

The set-up team has also been appointed by the same client to provide management set-up advice in respect of its new EBRD funded 50,000 m² Tirana East Gate (TEG) shopping centre, due to open in October 2011.
